Our BMS Solutions includes:

  • Integrated building management system
  • Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) controls
  • Electric power control
  • Lighting control
  • BTU and Electrical metering
  • Oswin offers a comprehensive range of building automation systems and HVAC products for every area of use like heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling application, and for every technical requirement All commercial, residential and industrial buildings have a lot of parameters which need to regularly controlled and monitored. Apart from comfort and convenience, such automation is essential for monitoring all critical parameters. This is achieved through a Building Management. All such systems can be connected to the internet and can be monitored and controlled from remote locations. Also, we can combine different buildings in different locations to a single system for central monitoring. The whole concept is called a Building Management System (BMS). Building Management System also reduces energy consumption for a greener environment. Using sensors we can provide feedback, thus managing the outputs like lights, air handling systems etc. to efficiently reduce energy consumption.

    Metering Solutions

  • A system to capture the utilization of services/utilities of tenants and generate bills for the same
  • Manage Property, Tenant, Owner and Lease information
  • Tenant Move-In, Subscription for Services, Move-Out
  • Automatic meter reading via BMS and manual option
  • Automatic bill generation
  • Tracking of Bills periodically
  • Bill Printing
  • Tenant Payments and Credit Notes
  • Export of Data to other Financial Applications

  • BTU meters measure the energy content of liquid flow in British thermal units (BTU), a basic measure of thermal energy. BTU meters are used in chilled water systems for both commercial and industrial and office buildings. These meters are used to bill users for energy usage.Electric utilities use electric meters installed at customers' premises to measure electric energy delivered to their customers for billing purposes. They are typically calibrated in billing units, the most common one being the kilowatt hour [kWh]. They are usually read once each billing period.Tenant billing system captures the tenant energy utilization data directly from the corresponding meters.
